By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install, access, or use the Service.These Terms of Service govern your use of the Game, including any related websites, updates, and services. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

· Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or other users’ accounts.

We reserve the right to determine what conduct violates these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

3. Suspension and Termination

We may at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, terminate, or limit your access to the Service or your Account if:

· You violate these Terms or any other applicable policies.

· We suspect illegal, fraudulent, or improper use of the Service.

· Your Account has been inactive for 180 days or longer.

· We decide to discontinue the Service or any part of it.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your Account, virtual items, progress, and any purchased content. We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including games, code, graphics, characters, virtual items, and all related content) are owned by us or our licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your Account, virtual items, or any content in the Service.Virtual items and currency provided in the Game are licensed to you under these Terms — they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.5. User ContentYou are responsible for any content you post or transmit through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service and our business purposes.You agree not to post content that violates these Terms or infringes any rights of others. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content.6. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

· All purchases of virtual currency, items, or other in-game content are final and non-refundable.

· Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective terms.

· We may manage, modify, or remove virtual items at any time without liability.

7. Updates and Service

ChangesThe Service is continuously evolving. We may update, modify, or discontinue features or the entire Service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
